We gladly accept the following insurance providers: Premera, Regence/BCBS, Aetna and Kaiser. Currently, we are not in-network with Cigna, Ambetter or other plans. Nevertheless, we are pleased to offer a personalized discount treatment package tailored to each patient's needs.
Kindly note that payment is due at the time of service for all our offerings. For patients with insurance coverage, we kindly request upfront payment of the patient's responsibility. To ensure accurate billing, please inform us promptly of any changes to your insurance policy or status, such as meeting your deductible, so we can determine the appropriate amount to collect during each visit. For any insurance-related issues please consult with your own insurance carrier. In the meanwhile our billing team at Parson Medical will be happy to answer some of your billing questions at 425-988-9085.
We strive to provide exceptional service to all our patients. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee availability for late arrivals. Additionally, we have implemented a NO SHOW fee policy, wherein a $60.00 fee will be charged to patients who miss their scheduled appointments without prior notice. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 24 business hours' notice. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify us so that we can accommodate you accordingly. In the event of illness or a family emergency, please reach out to our staff, and we will be more than happy to assist you in canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
